I buy my favorite protein powder at GNC or Whole Foods, however, Wal-Mart offers a cheaper brand I also use.


**1 tbsp or Flax Seed is optional for ALL protein shake recipes to add Omega 3's AND fiber

**ADD ALL INGREDIENTS IN MIXER AND BLEND WELL**

8 oz almond milk (or water)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 drop mint extract (a teeny weeny goes a LONG way!)
3-5 ice cubes

8 oz water (or almond/skim milk)
1 scoop chocolate milkshake protein powder
1-2 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter with chocolate)
1/2 banana

2 tbsp milled flax seed (opt for Omega 3 & fiber)
3-5 ice cubes

Banana Split (meal)

Strawberry Lemonade/Rainbow Sherbert (meal or snack)

8 oz cold water
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp sugar free/fat free lemon jello pudding powder (dry)
1 capful lemon juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 squirt lime juice (optional)
2-4 ice cubes

Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

8 oz water
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp sugar free, fat free cheesecake jello pudding powder (dry)
3-5 ice cubes

Chocolate Covered Banana

8 oz cold water

1 tbsp sugar free/fat free chocolate or chocolate fudge jello pudding powder (dry)
1/2 banana
