I remember something my m...Val is one smart cookie! I remember something my mom told my aunt regarding a diet my aunt "had blown". My aunt had gone off the deep end (going to KFC, Sheridans & devoured 2 candy bars...all in the same day). My mom told her caving in to temptations on your diet does not mean you "blew it" it only means you gave in. She told her it's like cutting your arm, you cut it, you did NOT cut it off. <br /><br />You can choose to bandage up the cut on your arm (i.e. get back to your healthy eating ways), or you can choose to go ahead and cut it off completely (i.e. ditch your diet/healthy eating all together). Then I remember her saying you do NOT have to wait until tomorrow to get healthy again. Start NOW. Not tomorrow, NOW.<br /><br />So Mesha, here's to you starting back on your path NOW.
